A Rise club facilitator supports the club's activities, interacts with young people, and may assist with planning and organizing events. They are expected to be reliable, trustworthy, and able to communicate effectively with youth. They should be able to recruit Rise club participants from targeted communities. A Rise club facilitator provides support and activities for young women in a club setting, fostering their development and well-being. They build relationships, design and run programmes, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
