They are expected to be reliable, trustworthy, and able to communicate effectively with youth. They should be able to recruit Rise club participants from targeted communities. A Rise club facilitator provides support and activities for young women in a club setting, fostering their development and well-being. They build relationships, design and run programmes, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
