The GoodLife Network (GLN) on channel 199 was launched on 1 December 2015, and offers South African and SADC viewers a one-stop shop for original and acquired health, fitness and lifestyle content.

Audiences can look forward to shows that cover nutrition, health, fitness, human rights, youth sexuality, HIV as well as consumer and gender rights. With an original slate like Health Busters, Food Police SuperDoc, Village Shrink and more, audiences can expect to find entertaining strategies to live the ‘good life’ on Channel 199.
