The purpose of the visits are:

• Club Report backs – updates
• Getting Club database updates – have there been members that are replaced?
• Taking them through the charter, the club model, how Soul City works
• Check which materials they have received and how they are using it
• Role of club leadership and whether leadership is still as it is as per the data base
• Check which clubs were not trained and which ones will need support where nothing is happening
• Are there any campaigns and events that were done
