We all know that any alcohol consumption can affect the body and brain, right? But is this the case with even with small quantities that is less than one unit of alcohol?

The body and brain’s reaction to alcohol consumption may vary according to a number of factors which makes it impossible to predict the response to alcohol use with absolute certainty despite there being guidelines on “safe drinking” and legally prescribed blood alcohol levels.

Did you know that sensible drinking guidelines advise that men consume less than 21 units of alcohol per week and not more than three units per day. Women should drink less than 14 units per week and not more than two units per day.
