How are we supporting them to bridge the digital divide? We need to move beyond the rhetoric and talk shops and do meaningful work that changes the lives of the girl child, especially those for whom access to technology is still a pipe dream and seems like something beyond their reach.
I challenge everyone who has the means and every woman leader to adopt a girl child who needs a mentor, a coach and someone to model how success can be achieved even when one's background is challenging.
